In the mid 1900's, Kanab was the location of the filming of dozens and dozens of movies and TV shows mostly of the western cowboy genre. This really put Kanab on the map earning it the moniker “Utah’s Little Hollywood”. This was such an important time in Kanab’s history that every August we celebrate Western Legends Round Up, a 3 day festival with a western theme. Around town there are a few symbols of this bygone era including this cache location.
Container is small magnetic with room only for the log. Probably best to park along the street unless you are a guest.
