A unique way to enjoy Virginia’s growing wine culture! Wineries in the area are gaining world-wide recognition, and residents have learned that an afternoon at a vineyard is the perfect way to relax after a long work week. Being both geocaching and wine enthusiasts, my friends and I have started a VA Wine Trail of geocaches. Enjoy!
This cache is waiting for you at Fabbioli Cellars. The property owners have graciously allowed us to make this cache available during their tasting hours, 11am-5pm daily.
Fabbioli Cellars is a family-run winery that offers tastings in the beautifully decorated cellar of their house. If you visit at the right time of the year, you might discover something unique growing in the trees! Another of the many unique features of the winery is that tastings come in two different forms here, and both are delicious and fun. A quick walk will reveal the location of the cache, but watch out for muggles. After picking out a keepsake, please return the cache for others to find and enjoy.
