Fort I „Bielany” to pierwszy z fortów pierścienia zewnętrznego Twierdzy Warszawa. Wzniesiony w latach 80 XIX wieku. Posiadał wały ziemne oddzielnie dla piechoty i artylerii, otoczone suchą fosą. W ramach likwidacji zniszczono najpierw jego elementy bojowe, a w 1947 koszary szyjowe. Podczas budowy Wisłostrady w latach 70 XX wieku dokonano dalszych zniszczeń. Do dziś z fortu praktycznie nic nie zostało…
Obecnie...
Teren fortu wykorzystywany jest przez kluby sportowe, a także przez mugoli, przychodzących tu na spacery. Jest to bardzo miła leśna polana, w dodatku wciąż otoczona fosą :)

Kesz to mały słoik, zawierający ołówek i logbook. Nie miałam akurat żadnych specjalnych upominków do włożenia, ale jeśli ktoś będzie chciał w nim coś umieścić, to kilka niedużych przedmiotów da się zmieścić.

Fortress I „Bielany” is the first fortress of the outer ring of Warsaw Fortress. It has been built in 80ies of 19th century and it had separate embankments for infantry and artillery, surrounded with a dry moat. During the liquidation of the fortress its fighting elements have been destroyed first, then in 1947 its caserns have been folded. Next in 70ties odf 20th century the fortress has been devastated because of Wisłostrada Highway, built nearby. Today there is almost nothing left…
The terrain is now used by sportclubs and muggles spending their free time here. It is still a very nice clearing, which still have a moat :) The cache is a small jar, which contains a pencil and a logbook. Unfortunately I had no special gifts to put inside, but if anyone would like to leave here some small object, there should be enough room for a few things.
