BELVEDERE'S HORSESHOE
No caminho para o Horto Florestal está a Usina do Fojo que ocupa uma área de 7,83 hectares e por vários anos foi a principal fonte de energia para Campos do Jordão, com apoio de outras duas usinas, a da Companhia de Eletricidade de São Paulo e Rio S/A, Em 1968 a Usina do Fojo foi desativada, mas representa uma espécie de monumento histórico que mostra como funcionava uma hidrelétrica há mais de 50 anos. O Mirante da Ferradura fica um pouco mais adiante, e é mais um lugar de onde se tem belas vistas das montanhas e da floresta de araucárias.

On the way to the Horto is the power plant Fojo, which occupies an area of 7.83 hectares and for several years was the main source of energy for Campos do Jordao, with support from two other plants, the Electricity Company of São Paulo and Rio S /A. In 1968 the Fojo plant was disabled, but it represents a kind of historical monument that shows how a hydroelectric plant operated for over 50 years. The Belvedere's Horseshoe is a little farther, and it's a place from where you have beautiful views of mountains and forest of pines.
The cache is a small pot containing only the log.
