If you do not like finding and following obscure hints but want it nice and easy, try this one.
If you would rather do some hiking than sitting in front of a screen, digging around the Internet, try that one.
If you are at work with a restrictive firewall between you and the rest of the net, for heavens sake do your job and stop checking on caches.
However, if you have the knowledge or are willing to learn, some time on your hands, unrestricted access to the net and do not mind getting your virtual fingers dirty, you may even have fun.

The starting coordinates, as usual, have nothing to do with the cache itself beyond currently pointing at a recently opened Internet Cafe. But that may change quickly with the high turnover of businesses here.
