This small petling is located close to a lookout point at the Turkmenistan national museum where you can watch the huge Ashgabat Flagpole.
Since the hiding place is very exposed please take care if anybody watches you before you make the grab. I provide a good hint for better retrieving.
Please avoid any obvious and suspicious behavior, e.g. offensive handling of GPS or photo devices, they even might get confiscated by local authorities. Without central asian appearance, you might have some eyes on you around official buildings.
