Olivia Noelle asked me to make a puzzle that would be so hard to solve that people would need to get the hint on the 15th at the Ice Cream Social event. Well, this puzzle should be solvable by a six-year-old, but I think it might be too hard for a four-year-old. You have to be a pretty smart kid to get to the Ice Cream Social. I'm not smart enough yet, but maybe you can help me find the remaining letters I need.
Special Notes about the 2012 Puzzle Challenge: To be considered for Fastest Solver points, you must verify your solution with certitude. If you have worked as a team (or otherwise shared knowledge), please email me separately, so that points can be distributed correctly. All "point" scoring is arbitrary anyway, subject to change, at the discretion of the cache owner, and probably completely meaningless (unless you just want to be announced sooner at the celebration banquet). The real challenge is just to see whether you can solve all of these caches by the end of the year. To maintain fairness, hints should not be offered by the cache owner or other solvers until the fifteenth of the month.
Special Notes about this month's puzzle: The container was a gift from last year's banquet. I think this one came from RolloTreadway and TgrrLili. Photos were updated 11/2/2020 based on new research.
