Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.  You must read the story and figure out the coordinates to find the actual cache.

There once was a man named George A. Cacher.  He was cleaning out his attic one day when he came across an old map.  What a wondrous and beautiful thing it was to behold!  It seemed to possess magic as it called to him.  He decided to decipher it to see if he could solve the puzzle.  After hours of research and contemplation, he still couldn’t solve the darn thing!  So he phoned a friend, Wanda R. Ng to see if she could help him out.  He liked her because she was great at math.  He also enjoyed her company because they shared a mutual love of nature, plus she always smelled so nice! Perhaps it was from the mint lip balm she used or the magnolias she liked to wear in her hair.  He was enjoying his thoughts when she suddenly exclaimed, “George!  I think I’ve got it!”  She did it!  She cracked the code!

They decided to get an early start the next day.  Wanda didn’t live far from George so she came over at dawn to get started.  They drove to the remote area where the car could be left.  It was quite a hike to try to find the treasure, but they were sure they could find it in the daylight hours.  On their hike, they saw some gorgeous trees and some of the mossiest rocks they had ever seen.  It was lucky for them that the weather was mild for their expedition; otherwise they would have died from the heat.  After a quick lunch they continued on the journey.  It had been hours of walking, but it would all be worth it in the end.  The coordinates were in sight!  They searched high and low, in and out, around and around again.  They came across a sign that had fallen from years of rot.  They could barely read it: Welcome to Roger M. Hunter’s Place.  Huh?  They both looked around but didn’t see anything out of the ordinary.  Moving a few feet to the east, George heard Wanda cry out, “I think I found something!”  Turning to look, he saw her pick up a box that looked like a fake tree stump.  My how clever!  They couldn’t wait any longer.  Wanda pried it open with a loud moan.  What could it contain??  Was it money?  Was it jewelry?  To their surprise, it was chocked full of kid’s toys and a small notebook.  Some treasure that was!

I hope you enjoyed the story.  :-)  In order to get the final coordinates, take the information from the story and subtract 40 from each.

Congratulations to TheMoiety for the FTF!!
