Deutsch: Zwischen dem Capu di a Veta und dem Capu di a Conca steht das wahrscheinlich einzige Korsische Kamel. Als Zustieg wählt man am besten den ostseitigen Aufstieg (links) zum Capu di a Veta, dieser ist mit Steinmännchen und wenigen roten Punkten markiert, und wurde im unteren Bereich um ein Privatgrundstück neu angelegt. (Wegpunkt Parking) Auf der Ost-Schulter angekommen (Wegunkt Abzweig: 625m), geht man Richtung Süd einen schmalen markierten Weg in Richtung Capu di a Conca, und kommt dabei ganz in die Nähe des Kamel. Anschließend empfehle ich den Weg zum Capu di a Veta , 703m fort zu setzten. Der felsige Berg mit einem neuen Gipfelkreuz bietet eine einzigartige Aussicht über den Golf von Calvi und zu den höchsten Bergen der Insel. Mit dem Abstieg Richtung Nord-West über den sehr gut markierten Normalweg - am Strom-Masten vorbei und die Piste hinunter - kann man diese Rundtour abschließen. Gesamte Gehzeit etwa 4-5 Stunden, 740 Höhenmeter - GPS-Track auf Anfrage.
Französisch: Le probablement unique chameau corse se trouve entre le Capu di a Veta et le Capu di a Conca. Pour effectuer l'ascension du Capu di Veta il est préférable de choisir la côté Est (à gauche). Le sentier est balisé par des cairns et quelques marques rouges. Il a été refait à neuf dans la zone du bas autour d'un terrain privé. (point de sentier «parking») Une fois arrivé sur l'épaule Est (point de route bifurcation: 625m), on se dirige vers le Sud direction Capu di a Conca. Le sentier est étroit et balisé et permet de s'approcher au maximum du chameau. Pour continuer je suggère de monter le sentier jusqu’au Capu di a Veta, 703m. La montagne rocheuse avec une nouvelle croix au sommet offre un panorama exceptionnel sur la baie de Calvi et les plus hautes montagnes de l'île. Vous pouvez compléter le circuit par la descente direction Nord-Ouest sur le sentier normal qui est très bien balisé. Vous traversez le pylône électrique et descendez par la piste. Temps total de marche environ 4-5 heures, dénivelée: 740m - GPS track sur demande.
Englisch: The probably only Corsican camel can be found between the Capu di a Veta and the Capu di a Conca. You best choose the east-side ascent (on the left side) to the Capu di a Veta which is marked with cairns and a few red spots and which was remade around a private ground in the lower part. (Waypoint parking) Once arrived on the east shoulder (waypoint branch: 625m), you head south towards the Capu di a Conca on a narrow trail that is marked. Thereby you come very close to the camel. To continue I suggest to take the way up to the Capu di a Veta, 703m. The rocky mountain with a new cross on its peak provides an unique view over the Gulf of Calvi and the highest mountains of the island. You can complete this round trip descending towards the north-west on the very well-marked normal route, passing the power pole and down the runway. Total walking time about 4-5 hours, altitude difference: 740 m - GPS track on request.
