Team_Schnauzer: Checked on this one today and it is gone. Again. That was the "third strike" on this cache and it seems no matter how well we hide a container there it always goes missing. The city knows that we hid a cache here so I'm guessing some mugglers are responsible. If that's the case, I can't keep putting containers here because they'll keep getting taken.
