1st Battle of Tãmão was a naval battle when the Ming Dynasty Imperial Navy defeated a Portuguese navy led by Simão de Andrade in 1521.
Simão de Andrade had been kidnapping Chinese children to sell in Malacca, and ignored Chinese sovereign authority at Tãmão, building a fort. The Chinese believed that the Portuguese roasted and ate the Chinese children which they had kidnapped.
Chinese's fleet won.

The cache is not on ground floor, it is on 1st floor and under a big metal rain cover. GPS signal has +-10m errors is expected.
You can find it without solve the simple puzzle. Solving simple puzzle only save your time. However, as you are near the cache, you will find it is time-consuming to search it without solve the puzzle.
Don't go there on Tuen Ng Festival (Dragon Boat Festival). It is the only date not open for public.
