Puzzling... the verb not the adjective. It is what keeps me in this game. I wish more cachers would get in the spirit and take a shot at the solution to this one (my first). Thankfully, our area has now been introduced to Certitude so some of the RDU area's puzzlecraft is being seen and solved by a wider audience. I must warn any remote solvers, this puzzle is strictly North Carolina. If you want to solve it, you had better understand our values (which are subject to change). Please solve responsibly.
