The most precious jewels are not made of stone…this geocache is for all the young girl geocachers out there. Jewelcache is also what you get when you try to say “geocache” when you are three. Bright, shiny objects await those that still believe this game is about treasure-hunting. Yes, boys are welcome too!
The cache is a fairly sizeable one, great for trading items. Inside are a log book, a pencil, and “precious” jewels.
As far as the real deals, the area of Harrison Hot Springs and Harrison Lake has had recent “occurrences” of Andradite Garnet and Quartz specimens alongside a number of different rocks and semi-precious stones.
