This is a two stage cache and the first stage is located at the above coordinates, and you can find where you need to go... You can easily walk between the two locations, or drive. There is plenty of parking. Cache placed with owners permission, but PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB THE FLOWER BEDS!!! IT IS NOT THERE!!!! coords may be a bit off, couldn't get them to lock on... so, look at the hint if you need help.
