Geocache Description:

Enjoy the wildlife as you gather 3 pieces of information along this graded, handicap accessible wildlife trail.

Considering the reason for the existence of this park and its proximity to the 405 Freeway, it is a beautiful place that has been allowed to return to a somewhat natural state after years of use as a sod farm.

Keep your eyes peeled for Comorants, Cranes, Great Blue Herons and a host of other wildlife.

The coordinates listed are for one parking area. You will see the trail immediately to the south. Facilities are located nearby. NO DOGS OR BICYCLES, but an off-leash dog park, extensive bicycle trail, playgrounds, model flight field and a golf course all nearby.

Questions:

  1. How many acres of land are preserved in this park?
  2. How many species of birds can be seen here?
  3. How many millions of gallons of water can the lake hold?
Add together these values to get the answer.
