monahmat: I hate to archive this cache with almost 300 finds but it just won't stay in place anymore. It used to be the transient population in the area knew about the cache and loved talking to cachers and showing them where it was. Now it seems they steal it almost as quickly as I replace it. I'll open this area up to others. Thanks to all who found this one.
