The Geometry of Bowling Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Ninja Reviewer: As there has been no cache to find for a long time, I'm archiving it to keep it from showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

Geocache Description:

This is the first cache in my infinite mathematical series. My friend is a math teacher by day. I thought a cache series dedicated to math would be a good way to poke fun at him.

The cache is not at the listed coordinates.

Math can be seen in so many things in every day life, all around us. Take for example sports. So much about tossing, throwing, rolling, or bouncing a ball has to do with angles. Especially bowling. All professional bowlers have to be very familiar with the angles and curves, or arcs needed to make that perfect shot. Geometry "pros" also rely on a knowledge of angles and arcs to do their jobs well! With that in mind, here is a little math related puzzle that will give you the correct coordinates:

N 32° AB.CDE
W 080° EF.GHI

AB = The complementary angle to a 35° angle
CDE = If you bowl a total of 480 points over three games of league play, and the league's basis score is 90% of 210, what is your handicap? Now add that number to 718.

EF = If you knock down 6 pins on your first try, how many pins do you need to knock down to "pick up the spare"?
GHI = Take a "perfect" score in a game of bowling. Now add that to the supplementary angle to a 175° angle.

The final is a very easy find, you shouldn't need any hints, however there might be muggles about, so use stealth while making the find. Should be a quick enjoyable find for... I don't know... some random teacher who happens to have a "mandatory fun" day nearby...
