Føroyskt: Í 2010 og 2011 hava Runavíkar og Tofta kommunur í samstarvi gjørt gøtuna frá skúlanum við Løkin fram við norðrara parti av Toftavatni vestanfyri og niðan á Svangaskarð. Gøtan frá vatninum og niðan á Svangaskarð fylgir gomlu torvgøtuni. Toftamenn skóru torv í torvheiðunum við Toftavatn. Gakk einar 40 metrar eystur á hamaran og njót útsýnið!
English: 2010-2011 the municipalities of Runavík and Toftir have cooperated in making this path from the school við Løkin (Runavík) to Svangaskarð (Toftir). The path from the lake upwards the hill follows the old path, which was used when people from Toftir had to carry their peat home. The peat was mostly dig on the plain areas around the lake. Take a walk 40 metres east on the hill and enjoy the view.
