Geocache Description:

Nikola Tesla was a great inventor. In Belgrade you can find many location connected to him. To find this cache, you need to visit several of them.

WARNING:

This is a puzzle cache, cache container isn’t located on any of displayed coordinates. You have to visit all places and discover all numbers, and then to do some elementary math to discover real cache coordinates. All location which you have to visit are public and on open space.

First you have to visit some location and to discover some numbers:

- N44 48.614 E20 27.624 – Here is Electrotehnical high school Nikola Tesla (I graduated it long time ago). Count a number of steps on stairs to main entrance to it. This is number A.

- N44 48.301 E20 28.235 – Now you have to go to Museum Nikola Tesla. Although it is not necessary, when you are here, you can visit it. For a cache: count the metal poles on the sidewalk at the corner in front of the museum. This is number B. (today, 9-10-2017, I checked location, and 2 poles are cut off, so now you have to add 2 to get B)

- N44 48.318 E20 28.580 – In front of Electrical Engineering (I graduated it), Civil Engineering and Architecture College, there is a statue of Nikola Tesla. Behind the statue there is a concrete fence. Count the concrete pillars in one segment of the fence. This is number C.

- Now you have to go to Nikola Tesla Airport. While you are at the airport try not to act suspicious. You don’t want to attract security guard attention and be declared as spy or terrorist. To go to the airport you can use city bus. Bus line number is number D.

- N 44° 49.159 E 020° 17.417 – You will see pedestrian crossing (near entrance to parking P1). Count white strips, this is number E.

- N 44° 49.188 E 020° 17.150 – Museum of Aviation is located near the airport From here you will see an old passengers plain –Caravelle. Count number of passenger’s windows on one side. This is number F.

- N 44° 49.550 E 020° 16.834 – Here is big welcome sign at roadside. Count words in welcome message. This is number G.

Now you got all numbers and have to do some calculations. Final coordinates are: N 44° P.Q E 020° R.S , where numbers are:

P= B*5-1

Q= D+F-1

R= A*3+2

S= E*E*C+2*G-1

Remember that P and R have two and Q and S three digits.

To find this cache you should go over 30 km. So you will need some transportation. You can use public transport or car, but as always I recommend the bike.

Cache is small plastic bag. Bring your pen with you, please.
