To get to this cache you will have to climb up some of the pedestrian streets which are typical in mining Mexican towns and are found in steep areas, they are full of colorful urban moments. When you reach the lighthouse the panoramic view of Puerto Vallarta is one of the best. The cache is a small key holder with only room for the log.?
*SO BRING YOUR OWN PENCIL*
This lighthouse was put into service in 1932, decommissioned in 1978, and was restored as a landmark between 2004 and 2006. This lighthouse has filled several duties in its life as a navigational beacon and tourist attraction. There has been a spiral staircase added so you can now access the top to enjoy one of the finest views of Puerto Vallarta’s traditional red-tiled roofs, not to mention the entire bay, from Yelapa at its southernmost end to Punta De Mita at the northern tip.
If there is anyone going to this cache. I would like them to leave a magnetic key holder on the third step it would be much appreciated. As I have just left PV
Since Gringo Gulch Lighthouse has no log currently, you can claim a find if you submit a photo from GZ.
