This cache is a green bison in front of one of the most beautiful buildings of Phnom Penh with other beautiful buildings close by. You don't have to pay to go in and walk around the compound, you only need a ticket to go inside the MUSEUM. It's best to come early morning or after 6pm to avoid muggles.
