Gather in the reserved room at 12:00 NOON Lunch is at your own expense!! Stay awhile and lets talk Geocaching and share a few laughs. Should be a few door prizes to give away as well. Check back for updates.
So about Thanksgiving time Bjcheryl was out caching with a few friends and the the topic of goals to reach before the end of the year came up. A few ideas got talked about and Bj challenged (bet) the huffyones from IL. that they could not reach 350 caches by the end of the year, they had about 70 caches to find, and they have school, kids, jobs, all that stuff. Bj thought he made a good bet. Loser had to provide one geocaching event along with at least 5 new caches. Well huffyones completed their task and a few extra,laughing all the way, HAHAHAHA!!! SO COME AND ENJOY SOME POST VALENTINES DAY FUN!!!
There is a new Challenge in the Mt. Pleasant area! Might be another by Feb. 18th
There will be eight new caches in the area, they will be published Friday evening, Feb.17.
Just opened a package that has a few copies of FTF Geocacher The Magazine for Geocachers. I had asked for a copy to use as a door prize. We also can tell you all that there will be additional door prizes.
Pizza Ranch will have a few door prizes donated too!
I believe that Lasermom was bringing a few door prizes, I won a prize that they donated at a recent event, pretty cool. RonTon just notified that they will bring two ready to place cache containers and a roll of cache medi-tape(Camo tape) for door prizes. Durango Dale also will bring a few door prize items.
sunrise5 will donate 1 box of Girl Scout cookies as a door prize. Digger9 will donate a trackable(dog tag)Travel Bug.
