THE CACHE IS NOT LOCATED AT THE POSTED COORDINATES. But it is
located within a few hundred feet of the posted coords. The actual
coordinates can be found in the final container for the Night Hawk
Explorer. If you have completed the Night Hawk Explorer night cache
and do not have the coords for this bonus cache just email me and I
will gladly send them to you.
It has come to my attention there is a scarcity of caches in our
area with a difficulty rating of 4.5 and terrain rating of 4.0. In
fact, at the time of posting this is one of only 3 caches within 80
miles of the Spokane area with such a difficulty/terrain rating. So
this cache is especially for you who are working on your "Well
Rounded Cacher" stats and have yet to find this combination.
The difficulty rating of 4.5 is based on the fact it is necessary
to complete the Night Hawk Explorer night cache as well as the
hidden location of this cache. This is not a night cache and has no
glowing objects marking it's location. While it might be convenient
for some to find this immediately after finding Night Hawk
Explorer, for some it might be preferable to return to the area in
the daylight. It can be found day or night, just don't expect to
find any glowing objects.
This is meant to be a true 4.5 difficulty. Not just a quick and
easy way to check this combination off your chart. Still, if you
enjoy night caching this might be a fun way to find this
combination. Do expect to search a while before finding the
container however.
The coordinates were taken using a Garmin60csx with more than 100
samples, indicating an accuracy of less than 8 feet. Please re-hide
exactly as found to preserve the integrity of this cache for future
finders. Bring your own pen.
