The event will run from 10am (a short briefing) to 1pm when we will
have a group photograph. There is free parking at the coordinates.
Look for the table adjacent to the car park where you can register,
please ensure that you sign the logbook before starting.
There will be a supply of rubbish sacks available. There are
some loan litter picks available but if you have your own then
please bring them along. Please bring gardening type gloves and
wear wellies or stout walking boots, these are essential to taking
part.
A supply of water would be useful and don't forget your picnic
if required.
There are toilets at the starting coordinates. Dogs are welcome
but will need to be on a lead. Children are welcome but please be
aware that the nearby river is deep and fast.
If you find large or hazardous waste then please record it's GPS
location and description, and let us know at the end of the day.
This information will be used to arrange collection.
There a number of local pubs and if anyone woud like to arrange
an associated lunchtime event then please let me know.
