In honor of 11-11-11 we figured "Y not one here?" This should be a fairly simple PNG, but terrain is a bit rough so marked it a "2".

A wise man once said "You need to be a 'Why Not' guy, not a 'Why' guy!" Who was that wise man & what movie did he quote this in?

You won't get extra points, but you'll appreciate a comedy if you've not seen it before!
