Stanley Kubrick's
is one of my all-time favorite movies and although it differs from the book in some large ways and also in some very small ways, I'm never disappointed by it. I've always treated it as an alternate universe version of Stephen King's masterful novel.
Once you figure out the true starting point and arrive at that location, note the number of tall trees you are standing next to. You will need to do a waypoint projection using that number.
- Multiple the number of tall trees you are standing next to by 80 and add 12 to that number. That is the number of degrees.
- Multiple the number of tall trees you are standing next to by 125 and add 289 to that number. That is the number of feet.
