This is one of the most beautiful trails I've seen. Espescially in the Spring and Summer and Fall. This is a mature maple and beech forest. Some of these trees were preserved from the logging industry in the 1800's. The trails are well groomed with wood chips or board walks over moist areas. There is some poison Ivy in the area.
You can park here at N 43° 19.570 W 083° 55.989 the walk is about .55 miles. Take the scenic route, stick to the trails, but which one?
I am changing the difficulty to a solid 3 because of the tree canopy. I am also posting a spoiler pic of one of the clues.
The Cache is (very well hidden) Sterilite box with light green clamp down lid. Original contents are: Log book, Valetine Mug, Heart Shaped Tin, Pretty woman sound track, Louis Armstrong tape, 2 noisy dinosaur keychains and a few other things.
I almost forgot, there is no hunting here so is safe year round. The gates are closed as soon as it get dark.
