[FI]Vuoden 1987 asuntomessujen innoittamana perustettu Pohjois-Suomessa menestyvien puulajien havaintoalue Tornion keskustan tuntumassa. Alueella noin 300 puuvartista kasvilajia ja noin 200 erilaista perennaa. Alueen koko on n. 3.5 hehtaaria. Puisto on jaettu useisiin eri osiin. Löydät täältä mm. yrttitarhan, ruusutarhan, havupuumetsän, kivikkotarhan sekä joitain erikoisuuksia.Alueella on myös lasten leikkikenttä.
[EN]Inspired by the 1987 Housing Fair, near to the center of Tornio established observation area of tree species that thrive in northern Finland. There have been planted of about 300 woody plant species and about 200 kinds of perennials.The area size is about 3.5 hectares. The park is divided into several sections. Here you will find e.g. herb garden, rose garden, coniferous forests, rock garden as well as some of the specialties. There is also a children's playground.
