The cache is located in Whalers Village, a small outdoor shopping center located at Kaanapali Beach. You can shop, dine, be entertained, learn about whales and/or relax on the beach.
Getting to the cache site is easy. You can stroll along the two mile long beachwalk - recommended! Or you can drive or you can take the free Ka'anapali Resort shuttle.
Do visit the free Museum and catch a glimpse of the wild days of Maui's whaling expeditions.
The Museum displays over seventy species of whales. Films about whaling history and Hawaii's state mammal, the Humpback Whale, are shown daily. The skeletal remains of a 40-foot Sperm Whale are exhibited.
Bring your own writing implement. There probably will be muggles about so be stealthy! Replace cache UPSIDE DOWN so it will blend in as it is plain sight.
