Till Death Do Us Cache Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Yohola: based on info from previous seekers and the fact the CO hasn't been active for such a long period, I'm going to skip the "30 day TD" log here and move into archival of this listing.

Geocache Description:

Dedicated to all die-hard cachers! Sunup to sundown hunting only please.

Memories have been planted at the posted coordinates in six outside gardens. Each garden’s plot is 6 deep and 6 across and framed by columns. Hear these six memories, one in each garden, and you will also see in that memory’s garden the following coordinates for this cache:

N 33 4A.BCD W 84 1E.FGH

MEMORY: Melvin will tell you to this day how much he misses Mary and that the secret to a good marriage is encouraging each other’s interests. Mary supported Melvin’s golf habit, and Melvin encouraged Mary’s art. This kept them together for 57 years! FIND: He was only one month old when this Angel got his wings (A=the first name). She took his last name but kept her maiden name too (D=first digit between their surnames).

MEMORY: Before Gordon passed on this year (year cache published), he gathered his family together and told them that he could not wait to see Janet who was already “Fully Reconciled to God” as he would be too very soon. FIND: This couple celebrated their jubilee anniversary and beyond (B=first digit of their total number of years together).

MEMORY: Cliff came south, but Shirley did not mind his Yankee ways. She called him “Clifford” in her beautiful drawl, and he was smitten. FIND: Donald's happiest moments in life were flying his plane with Linda by his side (C=last name).

MEMORY: When his wife Mary died with child at the age of 22, Lyman grieved. Then God brought him Betty, and Lyman knew love again. Then God took Betty and comforted Lyman before bringing him home, too (E=years Lyman lived after Betty). FIND: Robert proudly served as a member of this group of the U.S. Navy (F=name of group).

MEMORY: The first grandchild of Charles and Audrey called them “Pawpaw” and “Nanny.” After that, every grandchild and great-grandchild called them that too, until 2003 when Pawpaw and Nanny were “Together Forever.” FIND: The garden of Robert and Marjorie had huge sunflowers (G=engraved crosses on their plaque).

MEMORY: During their courtship, Juan wooed Maria by calling her “Conchita” and continued to do so throughout their marriage to her great delight. FIND: Brother Lonel S. (H=last digit of year he died).

Congratulations to the FTF team anchored by Boo2931: Nixant, Talk2azs and Dougs94 and Linda.
