Geocache Description:

What's that? An easy cache from Sven&Cup?

You're looking for an ammo can. It's low on the ground.

Update 22nd August 2013

Travel bug now purchased: TB5KB0V

Update 16th August 2013

Today we have emptied the pennies from this cache as all the dates had been completed - we thought it would be fun to start it again so please keep adding them - but don't worry, the pennies will be put to good use as we are going to put them towards a travel bug and using the penny from 1981 (the year of Steve's birth) we will set it on its way and see where it travels.

We will call the Travel Bug, "Pinched Penny!"

In Steve's original description he said "At the end I will have fourty one pence, bwahahaha" Shame he didn't get to see the cache completed, he actually got 72p (and one cent) because some were doubled up. :) -----------------------------------------------------------

This cache was placed by Sven (Steve) who sadly died early in 2012. It was originally under the name Sven&Cup but is now maintained by Spire67, Max_Hench, ChrisLuv and svensmum as a tribute, under the username 'Celebrating Sven', and from afar by Cup, who maintain it in his memory. Steve loved Geocaching and spent many happy hours in pursuit of caches with Cup, his girlfriend. RIP Sven, geocaching has lost a star. The cache description below is as he and Cup originally wrote it.

The penny pincher. I thought it might be amusing to see if we can collect a penny from every year it has been minted.

These years span from 1971 - 2011, i have made a little container that can hold each penny clearly marked.

PLEASE, DON'T TAKE ANY PENNIES, ONLY LEAVE ONE PENNY WHEN YOU VISIT there are plenty of other swapables in the box.

Please indicate in the logs which year penny you left, thanks.

At the end I will have fourty one pence, bwahahaha.
