"One of the first Scuba cache for WV". This is a underwater cache that requires the use of scuba during summer pool!!!! The cache can be found by land during winter pool.
This cache is dedicated to a good friend, who wanted to scuba dive. We started the class together, was almost finished when the worst thing happened. He had a sudden illness and passed away before he could complete the scuba class, something he wanted to do so badly. (R.I.P. Buzzy). You can start your hunt at the winter boat / scuba ramp just passed the dam. The cache is a black magnetic key box with log sheet and no room for pencil, so need to bring one to sign log. If possible but not required, if you could take a photo while on the hunt for the cache. That would be cool. " Congratulations to Stratmax on FTF plus first find caching "
