The 200 Puzzle Challenge Puzzle Mystery Cache

I love puzzle caches. With each I learn something new.I figured why not inspire some others with a puzzle challenge. The goal, find 200 puzzle caches & figure out the puzzle below to log this challenge cache. The cache is within two miles of the posted coordinates.

I got the idea for this challenge based on GW0143's excellent The 100 Puzzle Challenge Puzzle. I figured why not expand it some, for those of us that REALLY love these puzzle mystery caches

In order to find and log this cache:

You must have found 200 caches of type "unknown/mystery"

You must have found two puzzle caches for each of the nine difficulty ratings.

You must create a public bookmark demonstrating that you have met the puzzle/mystery diversity requirment .

You must solve the puzzle below. It should be pretty straight forward....not any of my usual deviousness.

The puzzle contains the cache location and hint.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
