This cache is NOT at the above coordinates. It is a puzzle cache, you must solve the puzzle to get the correct coordinates.
Basically this puzzle is one of my KenKen series, a relatively easy 6 x 6, but it has added levels of difficulty due to a ciphercode and hide. There are 3 steps to get the smiley. First, solve the KenKen puzzle. Second, figure out how to break the cipher, which combined with the information from KenKen solution, should lead you to a coordinates solution. Third, verify your coordinates with the geochecker, check google earth, and go find the cache. The actual cache is within 2 miles of the above posted coordinates.
