This is a regular clip lid plastic container with a few goodies and space for most trackables. It’s a stand alone cache, but I may make it part of a series for a circular walk.
Finings Wood is in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is an area of rolling hills, farmland and beech woodlands, criss-crossed with footpaths and bridleways. This is a great walk for everybody, including families and dogs. I walk my dog through these woods and fields everyday and I never fail to see the beautiful Red Kites and listen to them calling. I really hope you enjoy this area as much as I do.
The obvious parking area is at the public car park in Lane End next to the doctors surgery, however, you could also park at Ditchfield Common off Church Road.
