It was when Olivia and I found the newest Zombie Hunter cache
Zombie Hunter - Carved in Stone that we met Fiona, at least
that is what she called herself. Lurking deep in the shadows. I
could not see her, not even a silhouette, but apparently she could
see us. Fiona spoke to us as we were signing the log, and it was
quite obvious she knew who we were.
"You have met some of our crew, and there are rumors that you would
like to help as well. If that is the case, then there is much
training in which you will have to endure. However, if you are
serious," she took a dramatic pause and then continued, "Rest In
Peace Michael ... we do have an opening."
I informed Fiona that we were game, and that is when she snapped
back at me, "THIS IS NOT A GAME!" Her sudden bark caused Olivia and
I to jump back, and for a moment, we even thought about running
away from her. "This is not a game," she continued, "however, if
you do, then there are some rules that you must follow in order to
survive."
I thought to myself for a moment, "Wait, this is not a game, but
there are rules....that logic doesn't really make sense, but hey,
neither do Zombies." Fiona gave me a list of rules to survive by
and mentioned told us that they might not make sense now, but
eventually they ALL do. That is why they are rules, and not mere
suggestions. Olivia and I left after replacing the cache we had
just found in order to see just what kind of rules Fiona was giving
us.
This final puzzle cache location is where Olivia and I pulled our
car over, and read the rules. Just as we finished, we looked up,
and saw a small horde coming our way. It must have been the light
in the car that attracted them, but another "Rockford," and we were
out of there.
To
find where we were, and locate the cache, you will need to read
over the rules as well, while paying attention to the
following:
- Beware of Bathrooms
- Travel Light
- Wear Seatbelts
- Don't Swing Low
- With Your Bare Hands
- Get A Kick Ass Partner
- Bounty Paper Towels
- The Double Tap
- INCOMING!
- No Attachments
- Always Carry A Change of Underwear
