This is a circular walk of about 4 miles in the countryside to the south west of Southwater. There are 14 traditional caches placed on the walk, which are mostly micros (with no pencil) with 5 larger caches for your swaps and trackables.
There are only a few styles, of which only one could be a problem for dogs (our dogs where small enough to go under). For a majority of the walk there are new gates.
The walk can get very muddy when wet, so I would advise wearing boots or wellies if the weather has been wet.
All the caches have been placed on Public Footpaths and Bridleways, so there is no need to wander off.
PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE ALONG ANY PRIVATE ROADS TO REACH ANY OF OUR CACHES.
