Come join Bluegirl and GeoLobo for a Casual Reception at the
posted coordinates and help them celebrate their wedding day.
Bluegirl and GeoLobo met in the Adirondacks while pursuing one of
their hobbies: geocaching. They share a love of the outdoors.
Bluegirl introduced GeoLobo to kayaking and snowshoeing. GeoLobo
introduced Bluegirl to scuba diving and camping. Their five years
together have been spent exploring the richness of the Adirondack
park. Bluegirl and GeoLobo met for the first time at Brighton Town
Park in Gabriels, NY on 04/22/2006 while attending the
Brighton CITO Event. Bluegirl and GeoLobo continued to geocache
as friends for a couple of months and had their official date
together in June 2006 in Lake Placid, NY. In August 2006 GeoLobo
moved to Long Lake to be with Bluegirl. They have been together
ever since. On February 19th, 2010, GeoLobo proposed to Bluegirl in
Long Lake, NY. They both continue to love and enjoy the outdoors
and the Adirondack Park. They continue to share many of the same
interests in outdoor activities (Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking,
Snowshoeing, Scuba Diving, Skiing/Snowboarding, and of course,
geocaching). More about Bluegirl and GeoLobo and their wedding
celebration can be found here:
INTERESTED IN THE CEREMONY?
Bluegirl and Geolobo our planning a small informal Adirondack
Wedding in Raquette Lake. They will be getting Married at St,
Williams on Long Point, which is a Water Access Only church.
GeoLobo and the wedding guests will be taking the Private Charter
"W.W. Durant" to the Island. Bluegirl (weather permitting) will be
flying in.
The W.W. Durant only holds 55 (inluding Bluegirl and GeoLobo), so
as you might expect, it didn't take long to fill all the rest of
the seats with their family, close friends, and co-workers. They
wanted to included some geocaching friends and were able to include
a select few of thier closest friends (those whom Bluegirl and
GeoLobo have felt they have spent the most of their time with on
excursions and trips).
They feel bad that we couldn't include everyone that they would
have liked to have invited, therefore, they are opening the
invitation to the ceremony to all who would like to attend.
However, You are on your own to get to the ceremony. You can kayak,
canoe, or motor boat over to ceremonylocation.
