The cache was hidden for the first Peekskill Picnic Event. If you
parked on Montrose Station Road, take the orange blazed trail to
your left. From the main parking in Blue Mountain, take the
yellow-orange trail to the orange trail. In keeping with the Blue
Mountain theme you are looking for a blue lock and lock container.
