LV Slēpnis atrodas vietā, kur mežā ir pamesta zvejas laiva. Ir divas versijas par to kā šī laiva šeit ir nokļuvusi:
- Vienkārši uzvilkta augšā no upes un atstāta
- 1963. gada vētras laikā sadragāta un ieskalota kāpās. Apkārtnē vēl redzamas atsevišķas priedes, kas izceļas ar saviem izmēriem - tās pārcietušas šo vētru.
Logbuka konteineri lūdzu stumt uz augšu nevis vilkt uz sevi.

ENG Cache is hidden in a place where you can find an abandoned fishing boat. There are two possible reasons of why the boat resides in this place:
- It has been dragged up from the river and left here During the huge storm of 1963.
- It has been washed into the forst from seashore. In the forest you can still see some pine trees that are much larger and thicker than the rest - those are the storm survivors. Please leave the logbook, pencil and sharpener in the cache. Thank you.
Please do not pull the logbook container, but push it upwards to get a hold of it.
If you appraoch with car from the south side - the left bank of the river, theere is a parking fee(sesonaly).
