A CACHE
Dumi é um simpático e pequeno rafeiro que nos acompanhou em muitas das vindas à Serra, aquando da preparação do Power Trail. Deve o seu nome a um personagem da Liga dos Super Vilões, o DOOMAGEDDON.
Como o seu homologo, o Dumi tem uma mandíbula protusa, ficando com um dos caninos sempre à vista... mas a semelhança acaba aí porque o Dumi é o mais doce dos canídeos e bastante mais pequeno do que o original.
Salvo de um triste destino por uma família que o recolheu, ele é agora um cão muito feliz. Simbolizada no Dumi, esta cache destina-se, acima de tudo, a evocar as pessoas e organizações que trabalham na defesa dos animais domésticos abandonados ou maltratados, bem como aquelas que os recolhem e lhes proporcionam uma nova oportunidade.
O container, propriamente dito, está num local de fraco sinal de GPS (surpresa...), mas a dica é bastante explícita.
DUMI
Dumi is a nice small mutt who accompanied us several times to the Sintra Mountain, during the execution of the Power Trail. He owes the name to a character of the Super Villains League, named DOOMAGEDDON.
Like its counterpart, Dumi has a protruding lower jaw, always showing one of the canines teeth... but the similarity ends there because Dumi is the sweetest of dogs and much smaller than the original.
Saved from a sad fate by a hosting family, he is now a very happy dog. Symbolized by Dumi, this cache is intended, above all, to evoke persons and organizations that work in the defense of domestic animals, abandoned or mistreated, as well as those that receive them in their homes and offer them a new opportunity.
The container itself is in a weak GPS signal zone (surprise…), but the hint is quite explicit.
