E também o percurso tem aqui o início da sua descida mais longa, que levará dos 452 mt de altitude, já ultrapassados na proximidade da Peninha, para os 107 mt que serão atingidos depois do Penedo, quando passarem acima de Colares Velho e um pouco antes de alcançarem o muro que delimita a Norte, a Quinta do Carmo...
É tempo de desfrutarem o passeio e recuperar energias...
Mas não se esqueçam de recuperar a cache, escondida do lado direito do caminho...

And here is the beginning of the track’s longest descent, that will take you from the altitude of 452 meters, already achieved near Peninha, till 107 meters, that you will reach after Penedo, where the trail follows the hill slope, above Colares Velho and before arriving at the wall on the north side of “Quinta do Carmo”...
