Geocache Description:

A scout is Kind
This cache is part of a series honoring Eagle Scout community service projects and the Scout Law. It is designed to teach Scouts (and newbies) about Geocaching and to pass the requirements for the Geocaching Merit Badge.

Like many other points of the Scout Law, this one deals with how we treat others and how we would like to be treated. In particular, kindness usually refers to our treatment of animals, young children, the elderly and the infirmed. It represents a gentle affection that lets one know "I care."

This is a "Puzzle Cache". The coordinates listed above will bring you to a small park that was enhanced through the efforts of Alexander Calder and Scouts from Troop 135, Brookfield. However, you must solve a puzzle in order to get to the actual cache.

NORTH: A boy must complete all requirements for Eagle Scout, except the Board of Review, by his ___ birthday. Add this number to the number of "Laws" in the Scout Law and then add that answer to the last 3 digits of the posted North coordinate to get the new North coordinate.

WEST: The Boy Scouts of America was first chartered in what year?
1907 last three digits are .875
1910 last three digits are .974
1916 last three digits are .982
1945 last three digits are .901
