Geocache Description:

Un visit a un site famous et historic en Ploërmel. A visit to a
famous and historic site in the attractive small town of Ploërmel.

L’horloge Astronomique est tres interessant. Cette cache demande un visit si vous etez dans la ville. On doit visiter l’horloge pour repondre des questions, et puis prendre un petit promenade au cour de la ville. Il y a beaucoup de parking en ville, mais il est tres active le vendredis pour le marche. On peut visiter l’ Horloge entre 09:30 et 18.00 chaque jour, l’access est libre.
The Astronomical Clock in Ploërmel is very interesting and well worth a visit if you are in the region. This cache requires a visit to the clock to answer some questions, then a short walk to the heart of the town for the cache. There is lots of free parking in the town but it gets very busy on Fridays when it is market day. You should be able to visit the clock between 09:30 and 18:00 every day, it is free to visit. There is a tourist information centre nearby and plenty of nice restaurants. If you have more time to spare the nearby Lac De Duc is pretty, especially in early summer when the national collection of Hydrangeas (Hortensias) is in bloom.
