Eine nette Wanderung im Umfeld der Burgruine Falkenstein nahe Poysdorf.

Falkenstein liegt in einer Talsenke des Falkensteiner Hügellandes. Sehr markant und schon von weitem sichtbar sind die mächtige Burgruine sowie der Kreuzberg. Mehrere sogenannte "Panoramawege" mit herrlicher Aussicht sowie einige ganz spezielle Aussichtspunkte wie die Burgruine, der Kreuzberg, oder der Galgenberg bieten eindrucksvolle Ausblicke in die romantische Landschaft. Die landschaftlich schönen Strecken sind gut beschildert und führen über Weinlehrpfad, Alter Steinbruch und an der Burgruine vorbei.
Englisch: Falkenstein is located in a valley of the Falkensteiner hill country. Very striking and visible from afar, the powerful and the ruins of Kreuzberg. Several so-called "Panorama ways" with beautiful views and some very special vantage points as the castle ruins, the cross-mountain, or the gallows offer spectacular views of the romantic landscape. The scenic routes are well marked and run on wine trail, past the old quarry and castle ruins.
