”Oli Lucian-ilta Hangossa. Ulkona myrskysi niin, että Raskin perhe ei lähtenytkään kaupungille vaan jäi kotiin katsomaan kulkuetta televisiosta. He näkivät, miten Lucia neitoineen astui tavalliseen tapaan kaupungintalon parvekkeelle. Yhtäkkiä tapahtui jotain aivan uskomatonta: hainhampainen merirosvo kaappasi Lucian mukaansa!
