Capture the Flag was one of my favorite games as a kid. This is a bit of a twist on the theme. Capture the Flag is a game played where two or more teams each have a flag and the objective is to capture the other team's flag, located at the teams' base and bring it safely back to their own base.
Update 04/10/13 - new flag at: trackable TB47MDF.
Do NOT place this trackable in my base, rather bring it to my base and log it as "visited". Promptly place this trackable in another cache, a cache that you make, own, or is one of your favorites in Southeastern Wisconsin.
If you really like the game and want to see everyone scramble, create your own base and add the coordinates to the trackable. For example, see:

Email me with questions. Cache is camo'd plastic container. Difficulty of 4.5 secondary to obtaining the trackable. Physical cache difficulty = 2-2.5.
You are on your honor that you brought the trackable with you. Although this is not a requirement, if you want to prove it take a picture of you with the flag near GZ. The last finder should be the the next seeker's contact if they cannot find the flag. If there is no response, please contact me.
Historical Notes: the first flag trackable lasted only a month and was found by 9 die hard Milwaukee area geocachers before it was muggled. ref #: TB47M8Z the second flag started 5/1/11 - flag at: trackable TB47MDW and travelled over 1600 miles over a year and 3 months.
10/27/12 - the 3rd flag, TB4RG66, was lost at an annual event. Permission for the cache obtained from the city parks and rec department and geocache notification form filled out and on file.
Everytime this cache was found within the first year I donated $5 to a local charity supporting military personnel and their families.
