A single offset multicache
Number 6 in my Weird Weir series! And the easiest one yet! Just to prove it, I took BBBumbleBee (10 years old) along for the hide! We took the bikes, and we were there in no time! Start at the old Mill Rd, and if you are lucky, the gate will be open, and this will be a drive by! However, it was shut when we went, so it was a short 1km easy ride to the weir.
There was not a good place to hide the cache at the weir, so you need to answer a few questions first. Facing downstream:
A = number of bolts (with nuts) attaching the LHS weir blade +5.
B = number of bolts (with nuts) attaching the RHS blade +6.
Checksum, A+B = 17.
Location of the cache is: S35° 21.5A6 E148° 48.8B4
