I've been by this spot a few times now and it's been on my list to hide caches for some time. There is nearby parking in several different locations. Regardless of which direction you approach this from, be careful and don't fall. You might see some muggles during business hours.
This cache is a micro (a small micro) and placed so that it looks like it belongs there but might be obvious to an experienced geocacher. There is a small log inside and no room for goodies. BYOP.
I have gotten a few DNFs on this one, so I want to note that even as the cache owner, it often takes me several minutes to locate this one.
