Fall Picnic weekend kicks off with Friday evening Meet and Greet.
Join us at Sycamore Shelter, enjoy the Nacho Bar and take a stroll
around the historical village.
REGISTRATION:
REGISTRATION is requested. Information is needed to determine
food quantities and creation of your name tag.
NACHO BAR: The event is a PITCH-IN nacho bar! Seasoned
beef will be provided. We are counting on you to bring tortilla
chips, cheese, toppings, drinks and desserts. PLEASE let us know
what you are bringing so we know there will be plenty of everything
to go around.
NIGHT CACHE: The Night Cache will begin at 9:00pm. So put
on your trekking shoes and bring along a flashlight to join in on
the fun.
LODGING: Local hotels are available in the nearby towns of
Mitchell and Bedford. Spring Mill Park has a beautiful campgrounds
and the Spring Mill Inn. Reservations can be made at the IN.gov
Reservations. If you are camping, post your site number on the
Geocaching Midwest Forums Fall Picnic post.
